5 axis Machining
5-axis machining make complex parts on one machine, it can cut chips on multiple sides of a part simultaneously in one setup.The process reduces idle times, increases accuracy, and increases the overall speed of production.
It is ideal for Complex structure and peculiar shape,rapid prototype,360 degrees rolling balls, and embossment,all kinds of vibration discs, medical components processing, roller impeller,turbine, worm wheel, heavy generator rotor, high precision parts processing and mould manufacturing.
CNC Machining
CNC can be used to produce machined parts and prototypes very quickly, at a high production rate and high degree of accuracy, the materials used are strong and durable for testing.
Bole is able to cnc manufacture with a great many different materials including:plastics ( ABS, PC, PMMA, PA/nylon, PA+GF, PP, PE,PET,PEEK, PS, POM/delrin, PVC,etc), metals (copper, aluminium,stainless steel,brass,magnesium,zamak,etc).
CNC Lathe Turning
Bole has 9 sets auto-lathe machine and turn-mill combination cnc for producing the precision turned parts.Lathe turning machines are able to provide low cost parts for simple cylindrical geometries. All metal and plastic materials,shapes and sizes parts are available to be lathe turned.

Vacuum Casting
one Silicone Rubber Mold can produce up to about 15 parts and it depends on the design complexity of the part and casting material. We are able to duplicate the product in a range of different plastic simulant materials, PX5210,PX223,UP 8150,UP 8260,UP4280,UP5290 etc.
Our casting process is optimal for low-volume production for quantities of one to several hundred.
